Hey sorry for the huge delay, of playing your game. I did have it scheduled, to be recorded and uploaded a lot sooner, than it was but life gets in the way a lot. Anyway I really enjoyed this game. I like the fact its meant to look like drawn, that's really amazing. The platforming was good, I was able to navigate and jump without much problem on the keyboard build. Only problem I had, was that when I went to hold the right button to get into the chapter, it wouldn't work which then forced me, to quit out of the game, and reload the chapter that way. Apart from that, you have an amazing game. Keep up the great work my friend đ
Hi Channator Gaming, thank you for this long video. I will publish a new build of the "keyboard" version with correction for the chapter transitioning . Happy to see you enjoyed the game ;) Thank you for the nice comments.
Your very welcome. I'm excited to see what other experiences, I will encounter in chapter 3 and beyond. I will definitely, be making more videos soon đ
I have given your game a playthrough, but I have encountered too many bugs to complete it. going from one chapter by holding the right key arrow does not seem to work in this build and it seems that hitting while dying makes you stay stuck in the death animation, unable to progress. I really like the game style though and would love to try it again when these issues are fixed! I almost completed chapter two, I only needed one key! :D (On PC).
Hi BetaHunter. Sorry to see the "Keyboard" build still has so many bugs. I am working on it and will upload a new build as soon as possible. I'll let you know when it is done. Thank you for the nice comment. It's encouraging to hear the game can create good feelings even with encountered bugs ;)
Hiiii, I've ended up making a video about the game and wanted to give you some feedback, hopefully it is useful to you ^^
-The idea of the game is quite original.
-The gameplay mechanics are well chosen, but you need to polish the movement of the character and the way you go from on chapter to another to make is feel more cohesive.
-Visually the game has it's own style and with some polish on the design of certain parts ( the cutscenes, etc.) could make it feel much more solid.
Hopefully this is useful to you :D, also if you could subscribe that would help me a lot :)
Hello. I just played and recorded your game on a video. It may look like I was angry. It is not correct. I enjoyed playing it. I think that the game is exciting. It needs some polishing, though. I would suggest you make controls more smooth and creating checkpoints. Also, some people would prefer playing it on a keyboard. If you want me to delete the video, let me know. However, if you like the video, I make videos for such developers like you every day. I will be happy if you subscribe. Anyway, I had a lot of fun playing your games, and I am looking forward to playing more of them.
Hello MGC Vlad , Thank you for testing my game. No problem you can let your video online, I appreciate it. It is still good to get feedback. In the new version I am preparing, I am trying to improve the aesthetic (starting by the cutscene style, to give more importance to the scenario). I also plan to improve the gameplay. The game will stay fundamentaly the same, but I hope the optimizations I am working on will improve the players' experience. I will keep you inform when the new version is ready in case you will be interesting in trying it. ... And all the best for your channel ;)
Hey. I made a new video about your game. Sorry that it is so late. I love it more than the previous time. It becomes more playable and enjoyable. I like that I do not lose lives if I fall. It would be nice if I could control movement by arrow keys on a gamepad or keyboard because the circle stick can push me down from some platforms when I am not focused enough. It can feel like it is not my mistake. Anyway, I had fun and loved the experience. I may play it more in the future.
Itâs a good suggestion about using a keyboard instead of a gamepad. It will probably solve few player control troubles. I will take the time to implement this in a future update.
Itâs a pity you faced off a bug about the blocked plateform over the brambles. I know this happens sometimes, but I never managed to fix the problem properly so far.
A little information which was probably not clear : there is a cutscene (cartoon style) starting when you enter into the « introduction » , and after finishing each chapter, and of course a longer one at the end of the game. These cutscenes can be skipped by keeping pressed the « right direction » of the gamepad stick. I used this method because it was easier for me to implement this way. But I realized in you video, thes cutscenes can be skipped too fast by mistake. I will modify also this in a future update.
If you play the other chapters, I hope youâll enjoy them. You mentioned you studied psychology. If you finish the game, just let let me know if the scenario seems to be plausible ? or is too exaggerated ? if you want.
By the way, thank you for playing again Nightmare Therapy, for making a video and to have been so tenacious to finish the 1st chapter đ. I am happy to see you prefere this new version of the game. I see there is still a need of optimizations. Thank you for the nice comments at the end of the video and of course for the useful feedback. đ
Les graphismes sont vraiment originaux ! Le jeu est un peu difficile et brouillon par moment, mais le style graphique laisse clairement son emprunte :)

Hi Vlad, just FYI, I just uploaded a Keyboard version of the game.
Cool, merci :)
